Name: Nathanael Saint. Known as Nate

Date and place of birth: August 30, 1923 in Abington, Pennsylvania

Accepted Jesus Christ as Savior: At about the age of 10

Commitment to missionary service: January 1945

Mission agency: Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF)

Education: Wheaton College for one year before going to Ecuador as an MAF pilot in 1948

Military experience: United States Army Air Corps

Marriage: Marjorie Farris

Children: Kathy (1949), Steve (1951), Philip

Experience in Christian work: As a pilot in Ecuador, he was an essential link for communication and transportation between numerous missionaries in the remote parts of the Amazon basin. He was also an aviation innovator who made many improvements such as the bucket drop.
