"City Wide Gospel Campaign." Undated. Thomas Theodore Martin (1862-1939) was a preacher, author and organizer of the Blue Mountain Evangelists, teams of evangelists and Gospel singers who sent throughout the United States. In his later years, he was especially known for his anti-evolution sermons. The last line of the poster, covered by added-on slip, reads, “He will be followed by a powerful Evangelist and singer for two weeks.” From Accession 83-156. Dimensions: 11-1/4" x 16".
