The cornerstone laying

[I.15. The cornerstone is for the Rift Valley Academy. The man in the front row wearing a pith helmet and holding his right arm parallel to his waist is former United States president Theodore Roosevelt. Roosevelt was in Africa in 1909 on a hunting expdeition and at the invitation of his friend Charles Hurlburt, the head of AIM, he gave the dedication address. Hurlburt is the tall man directly in back of Roosevelt's right shoulder.]
