| As a young minister at All Souls Church in London, Stott began a program of training members of the congregation in how to witness to the people around them. Because of the success of the program, he was asked by other ministers to write down its principles. Developing the evangelistic ministry of one on one witnessing in the local church remained one of his chief interests all his life. | ||
