| Every year the Team and staff of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association have a meeting for the Team and staff (the Team are those directly involved in evangelistic ministry). They meet for fellowship, prayer, and to develop plans for the future. In December 1963, the meeting was in Miami Florida. Robert Evans, who had assisted with almost all of the BGEA's work in Europe, joined them and gave a talk on the conditions for evangelism in Europe. Below is a rough, typed transcript (with handwritten corrections) of that talk. It was probably prepared for use in an abbreviated form as an article in the BGEA's Decision magazine. The first paragraph is of the introduction given to Evans, probably by Billy Graham. From Collection 506, Box 22,Folder 13. Click here to hear the audio file of the interview. (17 minutes) |
