March 2007: Palermo Brothers to Italy

 

 

The Palermo Brothers were musical evangelists who began their ministries in 1938 with the Chicago Midnight Brigade and later Youth for Christ from 1947 until 1982, ministering in the United States and other parts of the world. Just two years after the end of World War II the Palemos visited war-torn Italy holding evangelistic meetings and rallys for YFC. Their diaries are filled with information about these meetings were scores of souls were saved. Phil mentions in his diary (folder 2-2) on November 2, 1947 in the city of Catanzaro, today had greatest meeting 70 people packed small living room - great spirit of conviction prevailed - several conversions the revival is on - pray for many to be saved.
