The ICCT Summer Programs and Other Courses

The Institute for Cross-Cultural Training (ICCT) offers courses in three areas:

1. Essentials of TESOL: Reach Out with English
   
   • learn how to teach ESL/EFL to adults
   • 30 hours of practical instruction
   
   Fall and spring classes: three weekends, 10 hours each weekend
   
   Summer, 2012: one-week intensive course in early June
   
   
   
2. Pre-field Second Language Acquisition
   
   • learn skills for more effective language learing
   • three weeks of practical training for cross-cultural ministry
   • fully online—you don't have to leave home
   
   Fall, 2011: October 24 - November 11
   
   Summer, 2012: June 18 - July 7

3. Language Coach Workshops
   
   • practical help for those who work with on-field language and culture learners
   • one-week intensive course
   
   March 5 - 10, 2012: Chiang Mai, Thailand
   
   March 18 - 23, 2012: Budapest, Hungary
