Marketing Communications
  The graphic designer reports to the art director within the Marketing Communications Department to produce graduate school print publications and digital advertising. This position is 15 hours a week, 12 months of the year.
  1.  Meet with clients to determine design needs.
  2.  Design publications and prepare electronic files.
  3.  Follow brand standards for all material.
  4.  Determine paper, type, and ink specifications.
  5.  Work with vendors to coordinate bidding process, production, and delivery.
  6.  Work with the purchasing department to arrange for vendor payment.
  7.  Track and coordinate production.
  8.  Educate clients about the branding of the College.
  9.  Maintain expertise in skills and knowledge of the latest print, digital and graphic technologies. Evaluate new tools for implementation of such methods.
  10.  Perform other duties as assigned.
  1.  Bachelor's degree in art or graphic design.
  2.  A minimum of 3 years of experience designing either in an agency or an organization's in-house team.
  3.  Proven excellence and creativity using graphics software.
  4.  Experience designing digital ads - static and rotating.
  1. Detail-oriented and well organized.
2. A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multifaceted projects, meeting deadlines with good planning and efficiency.
4. Solid writing and communication skills.
