The Conservatory of Music at Wheaton College (Illinois) invites applications for two (2) tenure-track Assistant Professor appointments to begin August 2014.
Each successful candidate will possess a completed doctorate in music (or equivalent professional experience), offer evidence of exceptional teaching, demonstrate outstanding accomplishment as a published scholar and/or performing artist, and bring expertise in one or more of the following areas: music education, strings, music pedagogy, brass, piano, or woodwinds. Emphasis will be placed on candidates who can demonstrate evidence of strong interpersonal skills and collegiality and the ability to contribute to the liberal arts agenda of the college.
