| Retirement Plan |
All employees can participate immediately on date of hire with pre-tax contributions to TIAA-CREF or Fidelity. Roth option also available. After one year of employment, and minimum age 21, employees with work schedules of 1000 hours per year or greater are eligible for the College's match of the employee's contribution 2-for-1, up to the first 4% of employee contribution.
(One year of previous, full-time experience with an academic institution or non-profit organization will be considered for employer-matching eligibility.) |
| Educational Benefit |
Employee and spouse can take one course per semester (eligible on date of hire). Tuition for employee children attending Council for Christian Colleges & Universities available on prorated basis after four years of employment. (Previous full-time experience with another college or university will be considered.) |
